Job details

Responsibilities

  1. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and laboratory-related systems.
  2. Network Management: Maintain and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and shared folders.
  3. IT Security: Implement and monitor security measures to ensure optimal performance and data protection.
  4. System Deployment & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
  5. Documentation & Collaboration: Develop IT documentation and collaborate with departments to address specific IT needs.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for IT processes.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support
  3. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Fluency in English and Arabic
