Location: [Dubai] Reports to: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Tele Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for our real estate properties over the phone. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and help clients find the perfect property to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  2. Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other telemarketing strategies.
  3. Reach out to potential clients, introduce them to available real estate listings, and schedule appointments for property viewings.
  4. Customer Interaction:
  5. Engage with clients over the phone, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on real estate options.
  6. Understand clients' requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  8. Sales Process Management:
  9. Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, availability, and financing options.
  10. Persuade and negotiate with potential buyers to close sales.
  11. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and update customer data in CRM software.
  12. Market Knowledge:
  13. Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
  14. Advise clients on market conditions, financing opportunities, and investment options.
  15. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  16. Drive conversion rates by effectively handling objections and closing deals.
  17. Customer Service:
  18. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are satisfied throughout the sales process.
  19. Address customer complaints or concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong sales and customer relationship-building abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  5. Good understanding of the real estate market.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software.
