Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Education, Statistics, or a related field).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outcomes assessment or quality assurance in Higher Education.
Familiarity with assessment tools, templates, and best practices in measuring student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and refine outcomes assessment tools and templates for academic and administrative units.
Collaborate with departments to define measurable learning outcomes and design assessment methods that align with accreditation standards.
Analyse assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, making recommendations based on findings.
Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on best practices for outcomes assessment and the use of assessment data in program improvement.
Coordinate the collection and reporting of assessment results, ensuring compliance with institutional, national, and international standards.

General Conditions:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel and ability to model advanced formulas with strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in English, capable of effectively communicating both spoken and written forms.
Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the university.
