We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our business growth to new heights. Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of industry trends.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales, with 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of our industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Resourceful and adept at finding innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
