Job details
Knowledge & Experience:
- 10 – 15 years of professional work experience in Banking IT, specifically in the compliance domain, focusing on designing Payment and customer screening solutions using Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Screen and Keep (FSK).
- Experience in documenting solution architecture between source systems and Firco screening.
- Experience integrating Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways across various countries.
- Familiarity with message formats of payment gateways such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, and local gateways in the UK, France, India, GCC, etc.
- Able to conduct walkthroughs of design documents with stakeholders for review and sign-off.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Visio.
- Consult with the Enterprise Architecture practice to ensure alignment with Bank architectural patterns.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC procedures defined for Requirements and Solution Design within the domain/service/application/feature.
- Prior experience in the compliance domain (Firco screening area) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of the compliance domain and project management.
- Skills in risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Experience with change authority board approval and go-live processes.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud is advantageous.
- Strong ability to influence and lead internal teams to deliver ongoing initiatives.
- Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
