About the Company : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer with experience in managing IT infrastructure, Physical projects, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, site management, client discussions, and documentation. This role requires expertise in creating project documents from the initial stage to closure. Experience in IT infrastructure projects and ELV projects is required, and having IT technical knowledge will be considered an added advantage. About the Role : Assist Project manager in project planning, execution, and closure. Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and maintenance activities. Support project manager to prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope documents, schedules, risk registers, and reports. Conduct discussions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations. Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders on milestones and deliverables. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Support senior project managers in resource allocation, BOQ verification, and vendor management. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at every project phase. Conduct material inspections and site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements. Ensure adherence to company quality standards throughout project execution. Responsibilities :

Ensure adherence to company quality standards throughout project execution

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
6 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure projects, ELV projects, and physical security related fields
Knowledge of PMI methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)
Strong experience in site coordination, client interactions, and government approvals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge in Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Technical knowledge related to IT infrastructure and ELV systems is an added advantage
Experience in material inspections, site inspections, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards

Work Environment : Combination of office work and site visits as required. Interaction with multiple stakeholders including clients, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.
