DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Join us at Exclusive Networks as our Middle East, Turkey and Africa Senior HRBP, a crucial position focused on supporting and collaborating with the Regional Management Team to enhance and execute our HR strategies. We are searching for an experienced leader with a strong personality, ready to support the growth in the region and make a significant impact. You'll be responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR programs, ensuring their effective development and implementation. In this senior-level position, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager of META, you will be a key driver in cultivating an inclusive culture and supporting driving the business further. As the META Senior HRBP, your responsibilities will cover:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership Duties: Act as a strategic partner to the META leadership teams across different countries, guiding and challenging them on talent development, employee relations, and performance management strategies. Work closely with key HR stakeholders from Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, to Compensation & Benefits as well as Regional and Local teams. Lead significant change management efforts, consult on compensation structures, and ensure global compliance with employment regulations. Drive recruitment strategies, actively participating in the talent acquisition process to secure top talent. Serve as a consultative advisor to all levels of employees, fostering an environment of professional growth and inclusion. Manage and analyze key HR data for informed decision-making and strategic planning including Headcount and salary budgets.
  2. Global HR Project Management: Engage in close collaboration with the EMEA HR Director and Core HR team, aligning HR strategies with the company’s overarching business objectives and ensuring a unified approach across all HR functions in the META region. Drive the development and execution of comprehensive performance and talent review processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent development. Maintain comprehensive oversight of all HR programs within the company, conducting regular evaluations to ensure their effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with strategic goals. Perform thorough market and talent analyses to inform and shape HR strategies, ensuring they are competitive and effectively support talent attraction and retention. Systematically assess the effectiveness of various HR initiatives, using data and insights to make strategic enhancements, and ensuring they adapt to the company's evolving needs and market conditions.
  3. Administrative and Legal Oversight Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with labor laws and manage union relations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to legal requirements. Provide efficient oversight of HR administrative aspects, supporting strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance administrative processes, improving the overall HR experience. Supervise back-office operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and high-quality support.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal META Senior HRBP:
  1. Senior Management Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with and challenge Executives and key HR stakeholders.
  2. Change Management: Skilled in leading change initiatives and adept at managing across different cultures and business units.
  3. Communication: Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  4. Analytical Skills: Sharp analytical skills to align HR strategies with overarching business objectives.
  5. HR Program Management: Proven track record in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HR programs, demonstrating a blend of strategic insight and practical execution.
  6. Data driven, with a strong understanding of how to apply data to measure success and solve problems.
  7. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including direct experience with P&L responsibilities, to ensure HR initiatives are cost-effective and contribute positively to the bottom line.
  8. Payroll Expertise: In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and systems, ensuring efficient and compliant payroll management across diverse regions.
  9. Recruitment Support Experience: Extensive experience in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring efficient hiring practices that align with organizational goals.
