Job Title: Mid-Level Sales Representative - Compliance Solutions (AML, Taxation, ESG) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our client team, focusing on selling compliance solutions in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Taxation, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and a proven track record in solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing customer relationships in the AML, Taxation, and ESG compliance solutions space.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Solution Specialists, and Partnerships, to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  3. Deliver compelling demonstrations of our compliance platform to potential customers, emphasizing its value in addressing complex regulatory requirements.
  4. Handle objections skillfully and guide the sales process to closure by showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
  5. Regularly update customer relationship management tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  6. Conduct needs analyses for existing and potential customers to tailor solutions effectively.
  7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and subscription-based sales.
  3. Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with executive-level buyers and influencers.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  5. Solid knowledge of AML, Taxation, and ESG compliance requirements and trends.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  7. Relevant certifications in compliance or sales (e.g., ACAMS, CSC) are a plus.
