We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility – under the general guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

  • Generate and maintain customers of the corporate segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections, etc.); thus ensuring complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieving targets and maximum productivity.
  • Have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all the properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
  • Update the hotels on the negotiation/progress of every business deal and use the technology available for reports, communication, and client correspondences.
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct regular research.
  • Participate in any training/development schemes as recommended by the Senior Management.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hotel Corporate Sales role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, the ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, quality-oriented with a focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
