Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Effectively present our inventory and explain key features, benefits, and financing options.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing your competitive edge and sales expertise.
Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, vehicle inventory, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, high-energy showroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

A bilingual individual who can effectively communicate in multiple languages.
A minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience within the UAE.
A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
A hunger for success and a drive to exceed expectations.
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of automotive financing and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
