Chief Finance and Operating Officer - UAE National

UAE Nationals are preferred for this position. We are hiring a Chief Finance & Operating Officer to join my client's organization. This role will oversee financial management, HR, IT, procurement, and administrative services, ensuring the company operates efficiently, profitably, and responsibly. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of functional strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
Oversee financial processes, manage cash flow, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Guide HR activities, including hiring, performance management, and talent development.
Lead fundraising efforts, manage financial risk, and oversee IT & administrative services.
Monitor and report on strategic progress to the Board and ensure compliance with global standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
12-15 years of leadership experience in high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in financial management, risk management, and strategic planning.
Experience in P&L management and operational optimization.
