Noura Al Ameeri Advocates and Legal Consultants is a reputed and well-established legal firm based in Dubai , committed to providing comprehensive legal services across various practice areas. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities:- Legal Consultation: Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, real estate, construction, and regulatory issues .
- Case Management: Handle a portfolio of cases, prepare legal documents, pleadings, appeals, and briefs , and represent clients before various courts in UAE.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Assist in court proceedings , ensuring strategic representation of clients.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to support cases, staying updated on UAE laws, international regulations, and legal precedents .
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, legal opinions, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters , ensuring their activities align with local and international legal frameworks .
- Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential liabilities.
- Licensed legal practitioner with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE .
- Extensive experience in litigation .
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal frameworks , including civil, criminal, and commercial laws .
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills with attention to detail .
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities .
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory .
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced legal environment .
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused approach .
