Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused After-Sales Engineer to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the efficiency of our after-sales operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support for customers post-sale.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Technical Assistance:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in vehicles.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve complex problems.
  • Assist customers with product installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Service Coordination:
  • Work closely with service teams, dealers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of after-sales services.
  • Coordinate and oversee warranty claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities, customer interactions, and solutions provided.
Training and Documentation:
  • Provide training to customers and dealers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Develop and maintain service manuals, technical bulletins, and training materials.
Feedback and Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues or areas for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to relay customer insights and recommend product enhancements.
Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all after-sales operations comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in the automotive sector.
Qualifications:
  • Education: ITI and diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an after-sales/service engineering role (Deisel Engine), preferably in the automotive industry.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of warranty claim processing and service management systems.
