We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team, focusing on the design and development of Restaurants (F&B) retail spaces. This position requires an individual who is passionate about the architecture of commercial spaces, with a special emphasis on F&B environments, creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and operationally efficient spaces. The Architect will work closely with clients, interior designers, engineers, and construction teams to bring F&B concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs for new F&B retail spaces, ensuring that each design is unique and aligns with the client’s vision and brand identity.
Collaborate with the client to understand their business objectives and operational needs.
Create concept designs, layouts, and technical drawings for F&B establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and food courts.
Plan for optimal flow, traffic patterns, and seating arrangements, considering the overall atmosphere and customer experience.
Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and other team members to create a cohesive design package.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 render, Lumion, Enscape and other relevant design software.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in architectural design.
Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
