Our client is a global multinational, they are looking to grow their marketing team and have launched a brand new position of Product Manager - Partnership & Distribution for their office in Dubai. The role is ideal for a candidate with strong marketing and global partnership management experience. The role requires the candidate to be fluent in French. Job Description This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with regional managers, global marketing, and medical teams to support a network of around 40 international distributors. You will design and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and sales performance while respecting regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Marketing:
    • Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to distributor needs across diverse markets.
    • Conduct market research to align strategies with local trends and consumer needs.
    • Create marketing materials, training resources, and promotional tools to drive product visibility.
    • Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and advances in medical science to refine strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical marketing practices.
  2. Distributor Relationship Management:
    • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance distributor product knowledge.
    • Act as the primary resource for product and clinical information.
    • Collaborate with distributors to optimize marketing budgets and initiatives.
    • Build relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen brand credibility.
    • Participate in medical education events, workshops, and conferences.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Measure the effectiveness of international campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medicine, or Pharmacy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
