Sales Executive - Window Flat Glass (UV Protection) Film

We at SAFA Automotive are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional/Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our high-quality UV protection window films for residential, commercial, and automotive applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to generate leads and close sales effectively in Abu Dhabi Region. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients in the residential, commercial, and automotive sectors. Focus on generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and advantages of UV protection window films, ensuring the ability to effectively educate and consult customers on product offerings.
  3. Customer Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, provide recommendations based on their requirements, and tailor solutions to fit their space or vehicle.
  4. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the performance, durability, and energy efficiency of UV protection films.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer demands to maintain a competitive edge and identify new sales opportunities.
  6. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers through effective communication, providing post-sale support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Negotiation & Closing Sales: Manage the negotiation process, prepare quotes, handle objections, and close sales in a professional manner.
  8. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance against set goals. Provide regular updates to the management team.
  9. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to project completion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the building materials, construction, or automotive industries.
  2. Strong understanding of window films, energy-efficient solutions, or UV protection products is a plus, but not required.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the window film industry or related fields such as construction, architecture, building materials, and automotive industry.
  2. Knowledge of sustainable building solutions and energy conservation trends.
