Key Responsibilities:

  • Review HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management) and identify areas of improvement for automations, standardizations
  • Implement process automations and standardizations where necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR systems for effectiveness and propose enhancements.
  • Support implementation of SuccessFactors for BBL
  • Collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in t day to day activities related to performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to work across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy
  • Master’s degree in human resources with at least 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferred
