Key Responsibilities:
- Review HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management) and identify areas of improvement for automations, standardizations
- Implement process automations and standardizations where necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate HR systems for effectiveness and propose enhancements.
- Support implementation of SuccessFactors for BBL
- Collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in t day to day activities related to performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work across multiple departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy
- Master’s degree in human resources with at least 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferred
