Freelance Opportunity – Technical & Production Coordinator for a Prestigious Government Event! We are looking for a Technical & Production Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience to join our team on a freelance basis for a high-profile government exhibition and conference in Abu Dhabi . If you have a strong background in technical reviews, vendor coordination, production planning, and onsite installations , this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary! Scope of Work:

  • Exhibition Area: Vendor & venue coordination, technical review, production, mockups & onsite installation
  • Studio, AI Experience Room & Central Feature: Vendor communication, technical review, production, mockups & onsite installation
  • Workshops, MOU, Digital Project Display & Audio Spot: Technical review, production, mockups & onsite installation
  • VIP Majlis, HE Meeting Room & Media Room: Technical review, production, mockups & onsite installation
  • Main Plenary Stage, FOH & Furniture: End-to-end execution
  • Registration, Outdoor Flags, Venue Signages, Rope & Poles, VIP Parking: Coordination & setup
  • Audio, Lighting, Video, Power & Rigging: Plots, FOH layouts, AV kits, vendor communication, and onsite execution across key event spaces
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical production & event coordination
  • Available from 1st March 2025
  • Must have a freelancer visa OR Own VISA
  • Prior experience in government events & exhibitions is a plus
  • Strong technical and vendor coordination skills
  • Event Location - Abu Dhabi, Office Location - Motor City, Dubai
