Roles and Responsibilities 1. Communication Skills

Verbal Communication : Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, whether on the phone, in-person, or through digital channels.
Written Communication : Crafting professional emails, proposals, and reports that are concise, persuasive, and tailored to the client.
Active Listening : Being able to listen attentively to customer needs, concerns, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

2. Product Knowledge

In-Depth Understanding : Thorough knowledge of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and potential drawbacks.
Industry Awareness : Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market needs to position the product effectively.
Demonstrating the Product : Ability to give product demonstrations and explain the value to the customer, either in person or via virtual presentations.

3. Negotiation Skills

Closing Deals : Persuasively guiding customers to make purchasing decisions, negotiating pricing, terms, and closing agreements.
Handling Objections : Responding to customer concerns and overcoming objections with tact and professionalism, ensuring that both parties feel satisfied.
Finding Win-Win Solutions : Ensuring both the customer's needs and the company's objectives are met during the negotiation process.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Building Relationships : Developing long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
CRM Software : Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others to track interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups.
Customer Retention : Keeping existing clients satisfied and nurturing repeat business by providing excellent service and follow-up.

5. Sales Planning and Strategy

Setting Targets : Establishing personal and team sales goals, working towards meeting or exceeding quotas, and maintaining motivation.
Sales Strategy : Developing sales strategies to reach new customers, entering new markets, or upselling to existing clients.
Market Research : Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

6. Time Management

Prioritizing Tasks : Managing multiple client accounts and tasks, ensuring high-priority prospects or leads are followed up with promptly.
Meeting Deadlines : Ensuring that sales goals and deadlines are met, organizing meetings, calls, and follow-ups in a structured manner.

7. Problem-Solving

Identifying Solutions : Quickly identifying and resolving customer issues, whether related to product concerns, pricing, or delivery.
Creative Thinking : Coming up with innovative ways to meet customer needs or adapt to new sales challenges.

8. Persuasion & Influence

Convincing Customers : Using persuasive techniques to influence customers and lead them toward making a purchasing decision.
Building Trust : Establishing credibility and trust with potential clients, ensuring they feel confident in their decision to purchase from you.

9. Adaptability

Handling Change : Being flexible and adjusting to changes in customer needs, sales strategies, or product offerings.
Learning New Techniques : Willingness to adopt new sales techniques or tools that may improve effectiveness, such as new CRM tools or online marketing tactics.

10. Presentation Skills

Delivering Presentations : Creating and delivering effective sales presentations that highlight product benefits and address customer needs.
Visual and Verbal Communication : Using visual aids, slides, or demos to enhance presentations and make the product more tangible to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile Mid Level

Minimum Education Level : Bachelors Degree

Skills : Minimum 2+ years of experience in Air Freight Industry in UAE. Good Client relations in UAE. Excellent knowledge and awareness of Airline line business and agent network development. Self-motivated and Target oriented. Creative and Proactive in approach. Computer Literate – well versed with MS-Word, Excel, Power Point. Excellent in Spoken and Written English. UAE Driving License is a must. Description : Identify clients and markets for promoting Air Freight services. Plan and meet potential Clients and provide solutions. Achieve set Sales target. Develop Client base by building on relationships. Bring market information of customer developments, market intelligence on Air freight related updates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
