We at Plaza Premium Group are looking for a Marketing Executive for our Regional Dubai. This is a group-level role that supports the activation of marketing initiatives. Supporting the implementation of marketing communication strategy for a portfolio of Premium Airport Services brands under Plaza Premium Group. The main goal is to assist in implementing strategy and game plan to build brand demand, love and loyalty for both B2B and B2C segments across different markets and ATL/BTL channels. He/she should be sensitive to the effectiveness and purpose of each initiative, and coordinate in executing various marketing projects and campaigns globally and regionally. Scope of work -

Assist in activating group marketing campaigns, from market research, concept planning, collateral development, timeline management to execution.
Assist in implementing and coordinating omni-channel marketing communication activities, global and regional, including but not limited to advertising, sponsorship and trade events.
Liaise with designers in developing sales & marketing collateral based on brand standards, for both HQ and in-market teams.
Conduct research and market intelligence for market landscape, competitor analysis, consumer behavior, media consumption on existing brands and markets to support effective marketing planning.
Manage inventory and distribution logistics of branded premium gifts and group level collateral for both HQ and in-market teams.

Job Requirements -

Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years’ marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or aviation industry.
Agency background or in-house marketing role managing global brand is a must.
Dynamic, resourceful, reliable, passionate, multi-tasked individual with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner.
Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally.
A strong team player with excellent project management and time management.
Proficiency in MS Office, skills in Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
