Job Description: Sales Officer Position: Sales Officer Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Location: Dubai Company: Yasmac Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the equipment rental or related industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Promote and sell Yasmac’s equipment rental and repair services by understanding customer needs.
Negotiation: Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Reporting: Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Customer Support: Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales , preferably in equipment rental , construction, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in English, Arabic, Sinhala, Hindi
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and customer base is preferred.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
