Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate Industry in Dubai. Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience in Real Estate in Dubai. Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall sales management, direction, and coordination of sales, rental, leasing & off-plan activities in the company.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Train, guide, monitor, and recruit result-oriented sales consultants.
Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.
Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.
Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
RERA certified.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong team management & coaching skills.
Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.
Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.
Target driven.
Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
Good product knowledge.
Strong negotiation skills.
Relationship-building.
Should have UAE driving license.
