ABOUT HJ REAL ESTATES: HJ Real Estates is a premier real estate agency based in Dubai, offering a wide range of property services to clients both locally and internationally. We specialize in providing customized solutions to our clients’ real estate needs, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate Industry in Dubai. Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience in Real Estate in Dubai. Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall sales management, direction, and coordination of sales, rental, leasing & off-plan activities in the company.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Train, guide, monitor, and recruit result-oriented sales consultants.
- Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.
- Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
- RERA certified.
- Strong team management & coaching skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.
- Target driven.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
- Good product knowledge.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building.
- Should have UAE driving license.
