Customer Relationship Management Developer
Bizrahmed is a prestigious center specialized in aesthetics and hair restoration. The center prioritizes patient satisfaction, safety, and the adoption of the latest technologies in facial plastic surgery, body contouring, hair restoration, men's health, skin care, and laser therapy. With over 20 years of experience, our medical team has performed thousands of procedures to deliver excellent results. Role Description We are looking for a developer with skills and experience in MICROSOFT DYNAMICS. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Developer at Bizrahmed in Dubai. The role involves tasks such as software development, gateways, API integration, enhancing the system, changing workflows, CRM system management, integration with databases, and web services development to enhance customer interactions, reporting, data analysis and operational efficiency. Qualifications- Must be familiar with 365 Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Prefer to have experience with ERM and WhatsApp software
- Prefer to have experience with chatbots
- Software development skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise
- Experience in integration and database management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare industry CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
