Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in pumps and filters. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Swimming pools, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with proven sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pumps, filters, Swimming pools, and related MEP products.
  2. Identify and approach potential customers in the Swimming pools, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  3. Provide technical consultation to clients, including product selection, system integration, and customization.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure product suitability and project success.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand professional network and promote the company's products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in sales within the MEP industry, specifically in pumps and filters.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, and MEP installations.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant engineering tools.
  8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
