Job Title: Quality Controller (2500000J) Description:
- Check and ensure that all the repairs are carried out as per the job advice.
- Report additional repairs noticed during road test.
- Read customer verbatim reported in the repair order, ascertain/identify diagnostic/repair requirement based on vehicle dynamic or static testing.
- Assist Team/Technician in diagnosing complicated cases by providing complaint occurrence condition information.
- Conduct post service/repair vehicle testing dynamic/static to confirm services/repairs carried are meeting Quality standards.
- Assist workshop manager in preparing F1 analysis report.
- Assist Front Line/SA for pretesting if necessary to capture complicated complaints occurrence condition by joint test with customer.
- Test drive the vehicle within the speed limits allowed.
- Ensure vehicle is driven on road only for the test purpose adhering to traffic rules.
- Confirm the necessary documents/registration card in the vehicle before proceeding for road test.
- The Quality testing must be performed as per the Quality Check Sheet and all the findings must be recorded on the same.
- Minimum I.T.I/3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent with 7 years’ experience as a Mechanic or Diploma with 5 years as a Technician.
- 2 years minimum experience as a Tester.
- Valid UAE/GCC Driving license (if transferable).
- Computer skills.
