HR Executive in reputed (Group of Companies) Dubai/Abu Dhabi – UAE. Reporting to the Chairman / General Managers , the successful candidate will manage and direct operations, lead the organization, and provide support to all functions within the head office. Responsibilities include planning, developing organizational HR policies, integrating functions and operations between departments, and establishing responsibilities and procedures to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  1. Daily workflow of the department.
  2. Provides constructive employee performance evaluations, timely.
  3. Handles discipline and hiring/termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Ensure all HR records checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
  2. Manage the new joining employees process.
  3. Provide support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Handle visa & labour process for new joiners, renewal, and cancellation.
  6. Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  7. Coordinate with various department heads in identifying the training needs of employees.
  8. Execute the identified training needs and prepare the yearly training calendar.
  9. Issuance of job descriptions, employee clearance, and experience certificates.
  10. Prepare inter-office memos and post to Notice Board.
  11. Report any unsafe behaviors to immediate Supervisor, safety representative.
  12. Prepare official letters, salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOC’s, etc.
  13. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  14. Prepare monthly/annual performance reviews for all employees.
  15. Enter data into the HR system to maintain accurate records.
  16. Prepare payroll, annual leave, final settlement, overtime sheets.
  17. Deal with insurance companies and prepare all documents needed and any other admin work required.
  18. Manage the absence and leave recording system.
  19. Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Excellent verbal and written (English / Arabic) communication skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  6. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  7. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  9. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  2. A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
