My client is a global communications agency with a strong focus on experiential marketing. With offices in over 17 locations around the globe they currently employ over 400 talented individuals. They are looking to recruit an Account/Project Manager who is mid – senior level. You must have previous automotive experience, be a creative thinker and able to develop concepts for clients. You will be responsible for the professional leadership of a project team whilst supporting and assisting the Group Head in matters relating to the project management and client support. • Professional leadership of the project team and crew • To collaborate on the development and communication of goals and strategies • Organisation and supervision of workflows within the group • Targeted knowledge dissemination • Acting as role model • Induction and integration of new employees • Promotion of employee identification • Promotion and support of team collaboration • Mediation and active support in the resolution of conflicts within the group • Staff motivation • General personnel support Project management • Creation of concepts, new stimuli and ideas along with assessment of their content in the context of client requirements • If necessary, management of project finances, in particular, advance payments and real-time invoicing to the client and suppliers • Administration of client budgets in close cooperation with the client • Pre & post event logistical planning including onsite implementation • Regular reporting to the Group Head on the project status and logistical and supplier progress • Development of schedules of installation, transportation and dismantling of venue equipment and transportation • Creation and/or verification of project plans / project costings • Organisation and/or implementation of client presentations Client management • The implementation of all necessary accommodation, travel plans including; local travel, flights and all required visas as the project requires • The organisation and attendance of all meetings relating to logistical solutions • Guest handling and its workforce • Proactive project support • Communication of information to team members • Research of client details/requirements Client support • Provision of support to existing client base • First point of contact for clients in operational sector • Responsibility for client database DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY • Drawing-up of cost proposals in coordination with the Group Head • Good use of professional judgement in the context of regular project management • Management of client budgets • Creation of concepts and their presentation to the client, in coordination with the Group Head SKILLS & ABILITIES • University degree or similar qualification (specialist college, BAW, etc.)• At least two years’ professional experience in a similar role • Conceptual skills • Experience of project management • Confident delivery of presentations • The ability to recognise and address client needs • Immaculate appearance • Keen team player • Exceptional communication skills PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST About The Company Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting and Engineering recruitment expertise.
