  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, in line with the format & parameters advised by the management.
  • Identify proper prospects and update through the system package.
Summary: The position is required to grow the company’s corporate business within the assigned territory. This role will be responsible for selling Relocation management services, which must be in accordance with the corporate objectives, such as revenue and profit targets, product growth, etc., to clients. Specific duties include (but are not limited to): General Responsibilities:
  • Working on the sales plan, strategy, and achieving targets as specified within the timelines.
  • Conducting surveys & co-ordination with Team as required.
  • Convincing clients on quotes prepared and follow-up.
  • Ensure internal team well communicated on the specific instructions related to the Accounts.
  • Find and develop qualified leads, and thereafter convert them into prospects and customers.
  • Engage prospects and customers by selling the company’s products and services, thus furthering relationships. The manager should be focused on bringing on new clients (not including lost clients).
  • Fixing appointments, preparation of client visits, and presentations.
  • DSR shared on the schedule with regular updates on the follow-up/progress as well as mandated Report for MOMs.
  • Maintain a steady line of communication by making periodic courtesy calls to customers and serving as a point of contact for prospects and customers.
  • Achieve the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as agreed with management.
  • Must be capable of closing business independently.
  • Understand competitive landscape and internal cost structure to offer profitable pricing.
  • Evaluate customers' need for credit and complete credit application documentation (if needed), as per credit control department.
  • Ensure that the sales team follows up on leads generated by overseas and domestic offices. Provide regular updates till closure.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Department to ensure proper servicing of clients.
  • When required, visit job sites.
  • Intervene on invoice-related disputes as required to address.
  • Ensure DSO is within given KPI for Team & Self.
Key Metrics (KPIs) :
  • New Account Revenue & GP % including insurance as per target set.
  • Surveys & Bookings with a GP % - as per target set.
  • Add New Accounts in a month.
  • New Meetings in a month as per min. nos.
  • Existing Business - Booking, better GP, and timely collections. To track the list of accounts acquired.
  • Collections: To be received max within 45 - 60 days.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience within the industry.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the local market.
Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
  • MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, and Word).
