We are looking for a Business Developer - Industrial Cooperation to drive strategies that support industrial cooperation, offsets, and partnership opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help meet the company's business development goals and offset obligations.Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, particularly within the defense industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial cooperation, international partnerships, and familiarity with local defense regulations.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze market and industrial trends to guide strategic business decisions.
- Research & Opportunity Identification: Research potential academic and industry collaborations to identify partnership opportunities.
- Data Collection & Insight Generation: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from surveys, reports, and market research to provide actionable insights.
- Competitive Intelligence & SWOT Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and conduct SWOT analyses to inform and refine strategic decision-making.
- Industry Insight Development: Keep track of developments in industrial situations, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain updated business insights.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create detailed reports for senior management, showcasing data-driven insights to support strategic planning.
- Partnership Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement partnership strategies to engage with potential partners, aligning them with company goals and compliance standards.
- Local Partner Evaluation: Identify and evaluate local partners whose capabilities and objectives align with company goals.
- Business Case Support: Assist in the creation and development of business cases for new partnership and business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business objectives.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex relationships.
- Strategic & Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and developing actionable business insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, with an ability to present complex findings in an understandable way.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools, business intelligence software, and statistical analysis tools.
- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to align partnerships and strategies with the company's business development objectives and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Impact: Play a key role in shaping and executing strategies for industrial cooperation and partnership development.
