We are currently looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Solution Architect to join our team. Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative, scalable solutions that empower businesses to enhance their people, processes, technology, and data. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing systems, and design tailored solutions that drive business transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Align solutions with business objectives to ensure they are scalable and solve specific challenges.
- Integrate diverse technologies and platforms to create cohesive and practical solutions.
- Design systems with high availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and clients to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Oversee implementation and guide development teams to ensure successful client adoption.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements to recommend cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage risks related to system design and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data management best practices.
- Data Architecture & BI Solutions: Extensive experience in end-to-end data architecture, including data flow, storage, integration, and retrieval (on-prem and cloud-based).
- Data Modeling: Proficiency in creating logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
- ETL/ELT Processes: Expertise in designing and managing efficient ETL pipelines for large-scale data sets.
- BI Tools: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
- Data Governance & Security: Understanding of best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in a Solution Architect or related role.
- Strong experience with SQL, cloud platforms, and BI tools.
