The job holder will be responsible for supporting the development of the overall Marketing Strategies and Plans to achieve the Revenue Growth and Market Share Objectives. The job holder will also contribute to the execution of Marketing Strategies and Plans in coordination with other stakeholders. Will support the design and coordination of customer initiatives, advertisements in partnership with the Function Heads/Division Heads/ Directors and will be responsible for promoting and protecting the brand image of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Budgeting

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to identify the marketing and branding strategy, and market positioning. Assist to develop the annual marketing plan for the company including marketing budget and ROI, after in-depth analysis of the marketing requirements for the company and projects, expansion plans, new projects, and other important events. Monitor funds utilization with respect to fulfilment of marketing initiatives.

Brand and Channels

Support to define the company brand and oversee brand management strategy. Ensure long term brand objectives are kept in focus financial health, alignment with company's vision, market share objectives. Manage the social media accounts: Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with our online community to increase brand awareness and engagement. Coordinate all photography, videography, and testimonials: Plan and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity. Collect and manage testimonials from satisfied customers to use in marketing materials. Support the website management: Regularly update and maintain our website with fresh content. Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.

Consumer & Market Research

Work with critical business teams for identifying, evaluating, and implementing effective ways of applying research findings to business. Monitor and analyze findings on competitors and market intelligence data and assess its impact on the company marketing strategy. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to business and development groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
