Electrical & Mechanical Estimator Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage HVAC, firefighting, LPG, electrical, plumbing drainage, and low current estimating projects, and perform preliminary and final estimating of electrical installations.
  • Generate and manage project budgets.
  • Work with project managers and job superintendents to obtain detailed project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Perform cost estimating and forecasting.
  • Develop and manage a cost model.
  • Use computer estimating software to create and compile estimates.
  • Prepare technical reports regarding bids and estimates.
  • Record and track progress.
  • Submit bids and estimates.
  • Participate in bid review meetings.
  • Produce detailed reports.
  • Prepare bid packages.
  • Keep up-to-date on local building codes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and document evaluation.
  • Participate in bid management.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Train new employees.
  • Develop and maintain project budget.
  • Create and maintain project directives.
  • Prepare technocommercial offers based on tenders and drawings.
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech Engineering Graduates, 4 years UAE experience is a must. Vacancy: 2 Nos, Salary Range: AED 5000 - AED 6000/Month. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: AED 5,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month. Application Deadline: 15/10/2023. #J-18808-Ljbffr
