((BST: 8:00 - 18:00 (Mon/Thurs) 8:00 - 16:00 (Fri))) Share this JobWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry. The successful candidate will be based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization.Responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within the specified timeframes and budget constraintsDevelop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocationMonitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may ariseCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goalsManage project budgets and ensure that financial targets are metPrepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersImplement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycleMinimum Requirements:At least a 4 year degree in an engineering disciplineProven experience in project management within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practicesProfessional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferredExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressureFamiliarity with project management tools and software, as well as relevant industry standards and regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and safetySalary: Competitive Sector: Oil, Gas & Energy Contract Type: Permanent Town/City: Dhahran
