Job Description

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel's client portfolio.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
2-5 years of hotel sales experience with proven track record.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
