Role Title – Tax Manager Department – Finance Department Location – Dubai Reports to - CFO Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to oversee and manage tax functions across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Cross-Border Taxation, combined with a proven track record of working in top-tier firms. Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across the UAE and KSA.
  2. Provide expert advice on Corporate Tax, VAT, and Transfer Pricing, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international tax standards.
  3. Handle cross-border tax matters, including structuring and ensuring compliance with applicable treaties and regulations.
  4. Conduct tax risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in the UAE and KSA and ensure timely implementation.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions and support business objectives.
  7. Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits and disputes effectively.
Requirements
  1. Proven working experience with both UAE and KSA tax matters.
  2. Expertise in Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Cross-Border Tax regulations.
  3. Experience gained in the tax practice of a Big 4 or Big 10 (e.g., Grant Thornton, BDO) accounting firm is highly desirable.
  4. Professional certification such as CPA, CTA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
  1. In-depth knowledge of UAE and KSA tax regulations.
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
  3. Arabic Speaking is a plus.
