2025 Program Manager Intern (UAE National Only)

The Amazon MENA University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as a Program Manager Intern, working in one of our core businesses, including Retail, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising. Key job responsibilities As a Program Manager Intern, you will join one of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams. The role provides an opportunity to understand Amazon business and processes, enhance analytical skills, and make significant business impact. A day in the life As an intern, you will be matched to a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. - Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Available to commence an internship between January and December 2025, for 3-6 months, full time (40h/week)
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Results-driven focus with analytical capability
- Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices
- Strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance
- Experience working with clients
- High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
