We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a Global Non-Profit Organization based in Riyadh. Location Riyadh, KSA Salary $38,000 - $50,0000 USD/annum Preferred Qualifications:

Native Arabic speaker, with a strong command of both written and spoken English.
Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and working with government entities.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience working with Saudi government entities is highly preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting Correspondence: Write professional letters, emails, and documents in both Arabic and English, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
Liaising with Government Entities: Serve as the primary point of contact with Saudi governmental organizations and other stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and efficient manner.
Managing Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared, and assist with organizing logistics for both internal and external meetings.
Taking Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings as required and produce clear, concise minutes for follow-up actions.
Supporting Executive Scheduling: Assist with the preparation and management of the Executive's daily schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the current PA to streamline administrative processes and provide seamless support to the executive team.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant . This role requires a native Arabic speaker , with the ability to handle both Arabic and English communications. Although most of the work will be conducted in English, you should be comfortable using Arabic for writing letters, reading notes, and communicating with Arabic-speaking stakeholders, particularly in the context of dealing with government entities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
