Job Summary: The Business Development and Partner Manager is responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding strategic partnerships with global IT service providers, such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, and Amazon. The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, activating local partnerships, and working closely with partners to align with their sales processes. This position also focuses on managing relationships with system integrators, semi-government IT service providers, and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and proven experience in partner management and public sector engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Development : Establish and activate partnerships with global IT service providers and nurture local partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  2. Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with their sales strategies and processes.
  3. Joint Sales Activities : Collaborate with partners on lead generation, co-selling initiatives, and achieving shared revenue goals.
  4. Ecosystem Management : Develop and manage a robust network of partners, including system integrators and semi-government IT service providers, to create new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
  5. Public Sector Expertise : Engage with public sector clients, leveraging knowledge of procurement processes to enhance partnerships and sales efforts.
  6. Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring objectives are met and relationships remain mutually beneficial.
  7. Market Insights : Stay informed on IT industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine partnership and business development strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the IT services sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of working with public sector clients, system integrators, and semi-government IT service providers.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and infrastructure.
  • Nationality : Saudi nationality is preferred, but non-Saudi candidates with valid residency (Iqama) and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia are welcome to apply.
