We are business builders to the Middle East's most impactful creators. About the Work As our Sales Manager , you’ll be on the front line. Building relationships, negotiating with prospective clients, attending events and closing the best deals. This is an A-player environment. Our standards are out of this world. We choose do'ers > talkers . Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building Relationships: Leverage your existing network and establish new connections with high-profile clients, blue chip brands, world class agencies and other sales people.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals in a variety of industries and ticket sizes
  • Networking Lottery: Bring your A-game to work and we'll make sure to invite you to the best events in the Middle East.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent 8Flamez in a way that aligns with our values. Success here isn't winning at any cost. Values > everything.
Who Should Apply
  • Proven Track Record: You’ve consistently exceeded sales targets and have a history of success in high-stakes environments.
  • Local Expertise: You have an extensive network in the Middle East and a deep understanding of the region’s market dynamics.
  • Celebrity/Influencer Experience: Experience working with high-profile clients is a huge plus.
  • Charisma and Confidence: You’re a natural relationship-builder who can connect with anyone, from CEOs to celebrities.
  • Drive and Ambition: You’re motivated by success and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Arabic + English: Fluently able to communicate in both languages is an essential part of the role
