We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service and Parts / Asset Manager to oversee and manage the entire services and parts operations within selected regions of the UAE market. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background in heavy equipment rental industry, along with experience leading both back-office and frontline teams. The ideal candidate will drive the improvement of operational processes, cost control, team development, and customer satisfaction while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. Main Responsibilities :

Oversee the management of services and parts business for assigned regions in the UAE market.
Design, streamline, and enhance working processes for the frontline services team managing machinery and scaffolding parts across the rental cycle, including inbound, repairs, storage, and outbound operations for various rental equipment (AWP, mining machines, gensets, off-road machines, scaffolding).
Standardize service-related processes and implement routine follow-ups to correct deviations and ensure quality.
Develop and improve the incentive and penalty scheme for the services team, conducting regular performance evaluations.
Monitor and control costs related to all service operations, particularly at mining sites and service locations.
Guide, coach, and motivate the services team to align with company goals and maintain high operational standards.
Address safety issues promptly and rectify unsafe or incorrect behaviors affecting the business.
Create and execute an annual training plan to enhance the technical and operational expertise of the team.
Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and address on-site repair issues.
Ensure compliance with government and company safety regulations at all operational levels.
Maintain adequate parts availability in warehouse to meet business needs.
Provide a network development plan for service points to support business and parts supply requirements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications :

Over 6 years of experience in heavy equipment, including mining machines, AWP, and heavy equipment.
Proven leadership experience managing both back-office and frontline service teams.
Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, with a preference for experience in excavators and mining dump trucks.
Fluent in both English and local languages with excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate in a matrix organization.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced work environment.
Strong ambition for success with a proven track record of achieving goals and driving results.
A university degree with a career background from reputable companies in the industry.
