About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth in the property management sector. Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the property management industry.
  • Analyse competitor strategies and market conditions to formulate effective business development plans.
Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Proposal Development:
  • Prepare compelling and customized proposals in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.
  • Present proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Networking:
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and forge valuable connections.
  • Build a network of key influencers and decision-makers within the real estate and property management sector.
Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development within the property management or real estate industry in Dubai is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
