Who Are We? Our name is GiGiS International, and we are a company that's been based in Dubai for over 25+ years, dealing with distribution and trading in the fields of stationery, writing instruments, household items, face masks, and much more! Whom Are We Looking For? A Senior Sales Executive candidate who will analyze prospective clients and sell our products, excelling at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
  2. Order analysis, management, and follow-up per customer in each area/emirate, pushing orders and managing products/sales returns.
  3. Track competitive marketing activity, positioning, and events in relevant categories to identify and grow new business.
  4. Build and follow monthly sales forecasts along with the Sales Manager respective to the area/emirate and alert of any business losses.
  5. Supervise and follow up on invoices, payments, claims, and credit notes.
  6. Prepare monthly sales reports consisting of sales targets achieved, sales targets for the next month, sales figures in each area/emirate, salesman-wise sales, and customer and country-wise sales.
  7. Update regular business and sales reports of the market in charge daily, weekly, and monthly.
  8. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  9. Understand and capture competitor's pricing, packing, products, new launches, and different activities and initiatives done by competitors.
  10. Analyze non-moving stock and plan the next steps/strategies accordingly.
  11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  12. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 4-8 years of sales experience in the GCC Region.
  2. Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  3. Interactive and proactive personality with the ability to relate to buyers easily.
  4. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  5. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Effective negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Educational Qualification Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent.
  2. Relevant experience in the FMCG field is a must.
  3. Language: English fluency is a must; (Hindi, Arabic, and Russian) is a plus.
  4. Computer Skills: Excellent in Excel, MS Office.
  5. Driving License: UAE Driving License is a must.
