  1. Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products/process improvements.
  3. Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process related problems.
  4. Develop, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.
  5. Identify & drive opportunities for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.
  6. Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.
  7. Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations & company policies.
Qualification/Requirement:
  1. Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science.
  2. Min 1 year working experience in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold/ball mount/laser will be an advantage.
  3. Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.
  4. Highly innovative, motivated & stress-resistant individual with a zero defect mindset.
  5. Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
