Responsibilities:- Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products/process improvements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process related problems.
- Develop, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.
- Identify & drive opportunities for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.
- Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.
- Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & company policies.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science.
- Min 1 year working experience in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold/ball mount/laser will be an advantage.
- Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.
- Highly innovative, motivated & stress-resistant individual with a zero defect mindset.
- Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
