Sales Performance Excellence - Operations

  • Lead and manage sales opportunities from acquisition to conversion.
  • Coordinate and support sales events and roadshows.
  • Manage property inventory and ensure up-to-date listings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports.
  • Oversee the property reservation process.
  • Manage the appointment scheduling system for clients and sales teams.
  • Maintain and update property listings on online portals.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to Sales Managers.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align with company goals.
  • Provide training and support to improve sales staff performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape.
