We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of our office located in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a shift pattern, including weekends, and will collaborate with other office managers on a rotational basis. Responsibilities:

  1. Office Maintenance: Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the office space by coordinating with office cleaners daily.
  2. Supply Management: Keep track of office supplies, conduct inventory counts, and manage the timely ordering of necessary items to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  3. Facility Coordination: Collaborate with building management to address any office-related repairs, maintenance issues, or concerns.
  4. Shift Collaboration: Work alongside fellow office managers in a rotational shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure seamless operations and coverage.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in office management or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a shift pattern, including weekends, as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
  6. Knowledge of facility coordination and building management procedures.
