We are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Communications Lead to join a dynamic and innovative organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees at all levels. You will lead a talented team specializing in copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production, while contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the company's internal communications function. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of internal communication specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  2. Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee communication efforts for organizational change, ensuring employees remain informed and engaged.
  4. Ensure brand consistency across internal communication channels, providing tools to maintain brand excellence.
  5. Conceptualize and execute internal campaigns to boost employee engagement, promote company culture, and support key programs.
  6. Manage the translation of communication materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a diverse workforce.
  7. Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and employee representatives to ensure alignment on communication initiatives.
  8. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication programs and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
  9. Manage the unit's budget and resources to ensure high-quality and impactful communication initiatives.
