Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and ready to take your culinary career to the next level? InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis II (Italian Cuisine) to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis II , you will assist in the preparation and presentation of exquisite Italian dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and exceptional standards. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a prestigious hotel setting while working with a team of talented chefs. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:

Assist in the preparation of Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, pizzas, and more.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment by following hygiene and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Contribute to stock control and assist with food deliveries and storage.

What we need from you:

Skills: A passion for Italian cuisine, strong knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Culinary school graduate or equivalent hospitality education is preferred.
