TennisShop.ae is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to join our team and take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. About Us: TennisShop.ae is the ultimate destination for tennis and padel enthusiasts in the Middle East. With a thriving e-commerce platform and physical stores across the UAE, we offer a wide range of tennis-related products, including clothing, accessories, and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
- Scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost efficiency and high ROI.
- Build, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
- 5+ years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more).
- Proven track record of scaling ad campaigns successfully.
- In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance-tracking platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and knowledge of tennis or padel is a plus!
